A man named Lawrence Antonio Mitchell, aged 43, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder with a firearm after a shooting incident outside the Sands Hotel on Singer Island. The incident occurred three days prior to Mitchell's arrest and resulted in the death of 28-year-old Troy Nichols.
