A Rare Perspective from Both Sides of the Courtroom
Jenny's career path has given her an extraordinary breadth of experience that benefits every client we serve. Having worked extensively as a litigation paralegal for both plaintiff and defense firms, she possesses a complete understanding of how insurance companies, corporations, and their legal teams operate – as well as the strategies needed to successfully challenge them.
From 2018 to 2024, Jenny worked as a litigation paralegal at Cole, Scott & Kissane (CSK), one of Florida's largest and most renowned insurance defense firms. During her tenure at CSK, she assisted attorneys in defending massive insurance companies, businesses, and corporations against injury claims, helping attorneys manage caseloads and preparing for complex trials.
Jenny’s experience on the defense side provided her with invaluable perspective on the tactics, strategies, and methods these powerful entities use in the courtroom. She learned firsthand how insurance companies evaluate cases, prepare their defenses, and fight claims. Now, she applies this comprehensive understanding to help our clients anticipate and overcome these defense strategies.
Champion for Injured Victims
Before her time on the defense side, Jenny dedicated years to fighting for injured individuals as a litigation paralegal at two of Central Florida's largest personal injury firms. From 2016 to 2018, she worked at Dan Newlin Injury Lawyers, where she assisted attorneys with all aspects of personal injury litigation, managing substantial caseloads and helping prepare cases for trial.
From 2010 to 2013, Jenny worked as a paralegal at Morgan & Morgan, which provided her with a strong foundation in plaintiff representation across a wide range of injury cases.
This unique combination of plaintiff and defense experience means Jenny understands personal injury law from every angle. She knows how big firms operate, how cases are won and lost, and most importantly, how to ensure our clients receive the exceptional representation they deserve. Her years assisting with high-level litigation and trials have prepared her to handle even the most complex cases with confidence and skill.

Jenny's impact on our firm extends far beyond her impressive resume. Her high energy and vibrant personality bring life to our office, keeping our entire team motivated and focused.
