An arrest has been made in connection to the shooting that occurred in the Walmart parking lot, situated at 4770 Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers, on the evening of August 11, 2023.

Fort Myers Police were alerted to the sound of gunfire on that Friday night and promptly arrived at the scene. There, they discovered an injured man in the parking area.
